    We are aware of and closely monitoring the CrowdStrike incident’s potential implications to our products. We recommend that:

    (1) You don't update CrowdStrike to their Falcon release until further notice from CrownStrike.
    (2) If you are experiencing issues please call into our Support Team or read our Knowledge Article: https://support.avigilon.com/s/article/BSOD-Code-csagent-sys.

    CrowdStrike is actively working with customers impacted by a defect found in a single content update for Windows hosts. Mac and Linux hosts are not impacted. This is not a security incident or cyberattack.
